just thought i'd point out that i have dealt with bigtex [jim bratcher] 4 or 5 times, and i think he is one helluva forumite!i was just sitting here thinking about recent deals, and bigtex came to mind with a smile on my face immediately.

I have only had one deal with Jim, but that was enough to know that he ranks way up there in integrity. Heck of a nice guy to converse with after the sale as well.

You guys are pretty good too. lol Now if the usps would just find Russ's knife, we would be in good shape. Well, it's really my knife but Russ wants it. lol I've sent lots of knives by usps and it appears the first one has been lost.

I recently purchased two custom fixed blades from the Bigtex. Within minutes of crediting his Paypal account, he sent me an email with the USPS routing codes. It's the fastest turnaround I have ever gotten from anyone. Thanks, and the knives are very sharp.

Schussboomer, I'm glad you like them. Don't cut yourself. lol The "Ownby"(Knife141) was the first knife I got from John and it is nice. I used it, but it doesn't show.
