I know how much you all love to hear the good ol, "well I hate to list this one", and "i dont mind if this doesnt sell", etc, but sometimes it rings true. hah
I had Bill make this for me almost 4 years ago. It was custom made to my specs.
The overall length is 8" and the cutting length of the blade is 3.5".
1095 steel. Redwood scales with red liners. Antique finish on the flats.
The scales look amazing, almost 3Dish, there is some definite depth you can see.
It could use a stopping for sure, as I haven't touched it up since using it on an elk a few months ago.
I've carried it in the field, usually in my pack in its sheath.
There is some very slight patina marks and spots on the blade, but no rust or pitting at all.
I keep a light coat of mineral oil on the blade.
There is a ding on one of the scales, it can be seen in the first picture in the album.
There has also been a very slight amount of scale shrinkage for lack of better terms. You can ever so slightly feel the tang if trying, but I dont feel it in normal use.
the sheath is included and also handmade.
If you need better pictures, let me know I can email or text.
Due to the nick in the scale and the shrinkage, Im willing to sell this at a loss.
Price is paypal goods and services and I cover fees and shipping.
Asking price is $225 OBO.
As an added bonus, if you purchase this, I will throw in an orange knifeworks exclusive orange Esse Zancudo.
Its been used and sharpened but not abused. Its in great shape.
Know your knife laws, and must be 18 or over.
Shipping is USPS to the USA only.
I will ship out Monday the 19th if purchased today (11/18), or in the morning of Monday (11/19).
If purchased after those times, I will not be able to ship until 11/24/18
