Doc I am sure Bill would not care if you advertised in the customs for sale section but to pull up old threads on the custom discussion board that are 3 years old is IMHO spaming and could be viewed in poor taste.

Because there is a DEALER section on BladeForums which you can freely use as a dealer, and what you are doing in Customs is both technically against the rules, and really low class...so STOP it or face the consequences...you have been asked nicely.
