Just had a package from Bill Horn of Cumberland Knife.
As a non US buyer I take a risk with dealers sending shoddy knives, not in the Case of Bill Horn. He picked out really nice examples and sent friendly and helpful e-mail. A fast shipper too so I am pleased, despite the fact that USPS charges have taken a very brisk hike recently.
