I've always wondered what prompted you, at age 50, to join the Peace Corps and unknowingly, change your life forever?

Actually, I wanted to go to India and Nepal when I was 21 to study the cultures and religions. It just took me 30 years to get around to doing it. I always was a day late and a dollar short.
