bill moran fb01

i`m getting one tomorrow . i`ll be buying myself a new spyderco next week as well. i was thinking of getting an endura , but i`m gonna get a pacific salt or a catcherman instead. for me the salt pacific is the same as an endura , but is better because it won`t rust.

I'm sorry to read that Bill Moran is not with us. I had not been aware of that.

I certainly do appreciate his contribution. In another thread, I just moments ago finished telling you that my Moran Featherweight (trailing point VG-10) is by FAR the sharpest knife I ever took out of a box. It's the only knife I ever bought that I did not immediately resharpen the edge to my liking. :)

I wish every sheath I own held a knife as positively and securely as that sheath holds my Moran Featherweight! :thumbup:

yeah , finally got this knife today , and i also bought a stainless handle , fully serated endura 2. i abosultely love both knives!!
 
wtf is unobtanium? is that slang for titanium or what? i`ve heard it used before so i would like to know.
 
I was thinking on getting a FB01, and but after reading how satisfied everyone seems to be with the knife, I desided that I most definitely will order one right now!
 
If your lucky, you'll find an originial mirror polish FB01. :) Like mine. :)
Every now and then one pops up, I was almost thinking about getting rid of mine, but after reading these post. I'll keep it for the time being. :)

...and the FB01 mirror polished blade comes with the leather sheath and has the convex edge. The sharpest out-of-box knife I have had (both of them)

You can shave with one while viewing your mug with the other.
