Up for sale is a mint Lanny's Clip from the renowned slip joint maker Bill Ruple. I ordered this knife directly from Bill and picked it up at the 2012 Blade Show. This is the first Lanny's Clip that Bill made and is marked prototype. I have not asked Bill but I think this may be the only one he ever made. The knife has beautiful with dark jigged bone scales with amber showing on the edges. The closed length is right at 4 inches. The perfectly ground blade is 3 inches. Blade has a long pull and the bolster is really nice being fluted and having thread lines. The back spring and liners are file worked.Fit and finish is perfect as you would expect from this maker. Flush in a three positions and centered on close. The knife has never been carried or used in any way. This is a great collectable from on of the best. Priced below makers cost at SOLD shipped to you.
