I just completed my second deal with knifemaker Bill Siegle. Bill is an honest, to-the-point type of guy. He makes excellent using knives, has good communications and his prices are very reasonable for a handmade knife. I would definitely deal with him again. I would like to thank him here publically for making me such a great fighter.

Thanks Bill!

I can also testify to Bill Siegle's overall excellence as a knifemaker and a man. The values of the person are reflected in the qualities and values in his blades.

If I had my druthers... I'd keep the 'Siegle Secret' very hush-hush; to increase my chances on getting more of his work. However, I'd take greater satifaction in seeing Bill expand his success.

Traded Bill a nice EKI for a custom piece by Kelgin.Arrived in near NIB shape.And...the box wasn't crushed! That's a first for any EKI knife!Imagine that! Bill is a great guy to do biz with.Highly recommended by Big Wave Dave OUT:D

Last month at the Tacoma, WA NWKC knife-show, Bill and I did a little trading, and as a result of this trade, I now own one of his excellent one-of-a-kind HEAVY-DUTY combat/survival knives. It was a pleasure meeting, and talking with Bill, and I look forward to our next mano-on-mano chat.:).

Bill and I just wrapped up our second trade last week. A great guy to trade with and he makes some really good stuff. I have all ready decided that his Knax is going to go where my hatchet had gone before.

What amazed the heck outta me was how much attention to detail he has in his knives. The grinds are really well done. Very functional are his knives. I have a short sword he made. He called it a toy. I called it one hell of a sword.

Turn around time, price and function....all in one package. You guys ought to check him out.

I just recieved my first Bill Siegle knife, and I am very pleased indeed. The quality if first rate, and the design is excellent.
The knife fits my hand like it was made specifically for me, although I bought it second hand from Nakano, here on the forums.

Also, I just worked out a trade with Bill Siegle, and he was most pleasant and helpful while working out the details. I won't go into the exciting details, but I can promise you I came out far ahead on the deal :). Unfortunately, I cannot post pics of the knife he made for me, but maybe if he can he will post a pic for me.

Frankly, after I got the Siegle combat/utility that I bought from Nakano, I cannot fathom why Bill Siegle would bother to trade his excellent custom work for ANY production knives, but I'm sure glad he did :)

Well, my custom knife that I traded for with Bill Siegle just arrived, and it is truly awesome! It's even better than I could have hoped for :) It's so nice, I now feel bad about how great a deal I got.

Thanks much Bill, and I hope you enjoy the knife I sent even half as much as I am going to enjoy the work of art that you sent.

IF I were to tell you guys what I traded Bill for one of his excellent knives, you'd all be pissed that YOU all didn't get this deal, so I'll just keep my mouth shut. (BTW...Bill, I hope that you are enjoying those books, as I LOVE that knife!:D.:D.).
