Here's my most recent knife, a 110 hand milled out of Billet 6AL-4V Titanium. I wanted it to be like the NS 25th Anniversary edition, but carry some more modern features.
It features a early 50th Anniversary Stamped Tycro finish blade, countersunk Titanium screws with Stainless pivots. The Rocker pivot is a special half sockethead Titanium screw, partially countersunk by hand, to allow just a little protrusion, like a factory rocker pivot. Bucks inlay pins, and Macassar Ebony fill the void. The fit and finish on this knife is excellent, as is the lockup and blade centering. There are .005 bronze bushings on each side of the blade to give it nice action. The Titanium is finished in satin, the Rocker stamped all in 1/16" characters JAG opposite the side usual, as I wanted this to be a discreet Custom, until you pick it up and notice the 5.05 oz weights a lot less than a standard 110!
