Larger kitchen knife with "aged" finish. Easy to maintain (steel wool or SOS pad). Easy to sharpen (1080 carbon steel, ~57-58 HR).

Price is *SOLD* shipped ConUS and includes a zippered case.

Thanks!

Not that it matters, but that doesn't look like any snakewood I've ever seen. It looks more like nice, stripey cocobolo. Whatever you call it, it's sweet looking wood.

Well, it looks like you've edited your thread, so my comments make me look even more like an idiot. :)

Nice knife!

LOL!!! :D :p

Thanks, Danbo. Yes, I had Snakewood in there from the last one...forgot to edit it....oops!

I guess the grain in the cocobolo is kinda snakey...but snakewood it is not. :D

How much was this? Possible to do one around 8"? I'd like something different in the kitchen drawer.

Dan-

You are an inspiration! I especially love the way you balance your blade/ handle lengths.

Your kitchen line rocks!!

Blueline:)

Thanks for the kind words, guys.
