Binoculars

I have been wanting a good pair of binos too. Been looking at Steiners for a while through STP. I have kids, three of em between 6-10 so kid friendly and replaceable is good. I will have to wait to get a really good pair like Leica, Zeiss, Swarovski etc.

Steiner Safari 8 x22 or Leupold Yosemite 8x30?
 
I have the steiner predator 10X26 and the 8X30's

I found the pocket size is very handy and easy to travel with but quite dark (only an isue in low light) and was fuzzy on the edges

I'd do the 8X30's
