The price is $25 shipped Priority Flat Rate. You can make two large handles or 3 smaller out of one bundle

Bark arrived. Good looking stuff. Bundle is 2X2X4.5", and thickness averages .050". I would call it top grade. Very solid and even color and thickness, No old falling apart stuff. Almost looks like very thin Baltic Birch plywood with paper bark on it..

I would say the bundle will make one big K-Bar size handle, or two regular puukko handles with horn/wooden bolster blocks.

If you are a puukko maker, this is what you want.

Andrew,
I would suggest cutting it at 1.5X1.5" and 1.25X1.25" for most knife handle uses. That size would be far more suitable for puukko handles.

Thanks, Stacy for your comment. I just received my main shipment (1700 bundles). I was worried about Customs, but there was no problem. I will keep in mind your suggestions regarding the square size. The next harvest will be early summer 2016. I put together a couple handles myself and I like the material. Next time I will also import birch bark glued blocks - ready to go on a knife tang.
