The scales are birch root burl from the Bemidji area, dyed and satabilized by Woodlab.
It's some of the prettiest wood I've seen and has to be held in the hand to appreciate the chatoyance.

The flat ground blade & spring are ATS-34
Stainless mill relieved liners
Pinched and threaded bolsters
Pinned bowtie shield
Half stops
Springs are flush in all positions
Blades center when closed
Shaving sharp
3 3/4" closed
WITHDRAWN
Questions or comments are welcome
Thank you for looking, Keith

Great looking lines on this one Keith. Did you use a French curve while designing the flow to get that nice blade to body ratio.

Jim.

I keep finding myself back here looking at this knife. If I weren't in a difficult position due to the economy I would be all over this one. Someone is going to get one beautiful knife.
