When i want to make handle from birch, what wax should i use then? yesterday i saw a knife which handle(what was made of birch) was boiled in somekind of a wax, what wax was probobly used?

Are you using the wood or the bark stacked like a leather washer style handle ? Timmo , don't take offense but I bet you'll get more help if you fill even just a little of your profile out. We're like a big dysfunctional family around here and it's just nice to know who you're getting pi**ed off at :)

I have never seen any info about soaking a handle in melted wax. the Scandinavians use linseed oil and will immerse the handle until they are completed soaked and then hang dry for up to a week or more.the handles are then fine sanded and a 2 part finish is applied and buffed.i only use tung oil for the birch wood and bark handles.
