Looks like a great trip. My first backcountry trip was canoeing for a week in Quetico. Must have been good because I haven't quit strapping on the pack and heading out into the wilderness. That was quite the little camp you stayed at.

Walleye are really overrated in my opinion. Would much rather fish for pike or smallmouth bass. We always called pike "snot rockets."
 
Quetico is what hooked me on wilderness fishing and canoe camping almost 25 years ago.

I'm going into the White Otter Wilderness area in May this year and we'll canoe as much as we can. It's my 7th or 8th trip into the area, but I've only been into Quetico a few times. I want to go back more than anything, but dad's knees just can't handle it anymore.

Cabin fever has me buying fishing gear I don't need, and sharpening knives that don't need sharpening.....

Beautiful area though.
