Hey All, I did a temporary withdrawal on this one but now I'm back from vacation so I wanted to repost it.

Here’s a handy little upswept Bird n Trout in 52100 ready for your next walkabout. Hope you like it!

Dimensions - 1/8” x 9 1/4” OAL and 1 1/4” tall (blade height 7/8”) – 4 7/8” from tip to scales. Pro HT to 60,61 by Paul Bos (great folks over there BTW). – Hand sanded to 1200 grit for a fine satin finish. Edge before sharpening was .012” or so, very sharp, and it balances on the front spacer.

The scales are Mesquite and Elk with Blue G10 spacers. The handle is sanded to1200 grit and affixed with 1/8” SS pins (proud in the antlers). It’s finished with multiple coats of Danish oil then buffed with carnauba wax. The handle feels great in my average size hand. Sheath is a snug fit with a cam in the expanded welt for retention.

Oh my. Here it is again. That feeling and chuckling to myself while checking out your work. The upswept profile and mesquite/elk scales are so darn good looking. Then the leather chimes in. The flowing lines remind me of river symbols in some petroglyphs around here. Gosh you do swell work. The multi part scales are just very very cool in both concept and execution.

Hi Grady, thanks a bunch! The package came together pretty well imho and yes the sheath design is supposed to conjure up images of flowing water and landforms.

Thanks Jack, if it was thinner and had more flex I'd call it a compact fillet, but it will unzip a fish, small mammal or bird just fine.
