Greetings everyone, Here’s a handy little Bird n Trout in 52100 ready for your next walkabout. Hope you like it!
Dimensions - 1/8” x 8 5/8” OAL and 1 1/4” tall (blade height 1”) – 4 1/16” from tip to scales. Pro HT to 60,61 by Paul Bos (great folks over there BTW). – Hand sanded to 1200 grit for a fine satin finish. Edge before sharpening was .012” or so and it balances on the front spacer.
The scales are Wenge and Padauk with turquoise G10 spacers. The handle is sanded to1200 grit and affixed with 1/8” SS and carbon fiber pins. It’s finished with multiple coats of Danish oil then buffed with carnauba wax. The handle feels great in my average size hand. Sheath is a snug fit with great retention yet easy to deploy.
