Bird and Trout - 7" OAL, 4" handle. Sandvik 12c27, Rockwell 61 (Peter's HT), Myrtlewood Burl (green dyed and stabilized), stainless pins.
Kydex sheath with large tek-lok included. Sheath was made by expert Dave Brown (BuyBrown). His work is impeccable.

I have these two Persian style Gokujo knives. OAL 8.75", blade 3.75" handle. Sandvik 12c27, Rockwell 61. The design provides use as a fighting knife, slicer, fillet knife, etc...very utilitarian.

#1 = Myrtlewood Burl - Green Dyed and Stabilized. Carbon Fiber tubes. $110 shipped

I can now say that I will James, it slices through the foot to two foot long fish like they were butter. You gave it an incredible edge, real razor sharp, I was able to skin the fillets effortlessly and ultra fast. It's an excellent knife for the purpose I wanted James; cheers.
