It is made from an artifact that was used to punch holes in hides. It is a fossil that is est. between 1,500 to 2,000 yrs old and made by Siberian Eskimos. It was found on St. Lawrence Island. The damascus steel I made from 15n20 high carbon and 1084 high carbon steel. The blade is 4 3/16 inches long and overall 8 5/8 inches. It is good for both right and left hand and comes with a nice hand stitched sheath By Jaden. It is "SOLD" and 8.00 for priority mail thanks for looking Any questions please ask
