My mom used this knife for about a week while I was vetting new paring knife designs. I had this on me and she instantly gravitated toward this one.
This is my new refined B&T but it will obviously make a great parer as well. There is some patina starting to develop.
This was ground "Thin to Win" and is still incredibly sharp.
