If you follow Birdvis knives you know how hard it is to score a framelock as he only releases one or two at a time at random drop times. In terms of the Harper, I haven't seen a Birdvis custom slipjoint available directly from Birdvis in months. If you aren't comfortable with PPFF, I will sell with PP goods and services, however please add $50 to the price to cover fees.
