I got this today. Really quality construct. Head is solid. Like Yangdu said mainly ceremonial but the tips are actually sharp. I mean you could use it if you wanted to. Came in 3 peices. The shaft is hollow, but not light brass, almost brass pipe, then it has steel threaded inserts that screw the whole thing together, and the part you set in the ground is steel also and pointed.

Don't mess up the trishul, use a karda (or better yet a chakma) the e-bay way.
