looking at this knife...I'm starting to worry that maybe I'm a pervert.
Beautiful work, Gerhard.

ps. thanks I just learned something new; http://www.cites.org/

ABSolutely a fantastic knife. The ivory looks smooth and creamy. Wonderful gift for anyone. My only thought would be for a little fancier done sheath to hold such a beauty for a fine lady. Glad you showed it.

Ha! Quite funny and tickled my funnybone. I was looking at the pics and really enjoying the curves and sculpting. As I scrolled down and was considering my comments I saw Lorien's post and laughed...then stopped...I don't think I'm a pervert

A fine knife, quite beautiful. My wife loves it too.

Fantastic knife. Elegant, nice curves.. Also love the color of the ivory.
Thanks for sharing!

Gerhard,

I always admire your work. This knife is certainly no exception. I love the sensuality of it! I've been sketching somewhat similar lines and forms for an ulu.

Aloha, Phil
