Actually, Chuck, I found this thread interesting. I followed the jewelrymall link and saw the December birthstones. Now, I've known about torquoise and lapis lazuli for years, but I had always read that diamond was THE December birthstone and found it interesting that it was not so listed on a jewelers' website.
