I consider the Sage as one of Sal's best knives. I have a couple of each right now and either one is going to serve you well. I've carried one of my Sage 2's now for over 3 months straight and that is with a lot of choices on hand. I love the heat treat on the Sage 2 I'm carrying right now. It's has a super durable edge and is SHARP as all get out. Just a super nice knife!
