BK-2 Mod

Not my kinda knife but...Very Impressive!
Definitely takes time & skill to do that.

awesome! if you like it that's what counts. I did something similar to an Aitor Tercio a while back, though I didn't grind so much steel. Flattened the serrations to a chisel grind, added a choil and took off the ramp. Chisel area works pretty good, need to sharpen the transition arc.

So, I'm off the hook for worst Becker mod ever now?

The grinds are clean and very nicely done Doc!

Not my kind of thing but a big nod for the work put in. And if any knife could handle it, the BK2 is the one.

That's so ugly! You should send it to me so nobody will see you with it. (ok if that didn't work) How much to do mine?

I think it's a cool mod. I'm not a big fan of the Tracker style, but that's the beauty of knives - so much variety. I certainly couldn't complete a mod like that, so nice work!

I didn't chimp scream, but I did shit in my hand and throw it at the mailman.

I thought about thinning out a BK-2 before, but wow!

Nice grinds indeed, well executed to my eye. The hollowed portion reminds me of a spokeshave somehow. This thing looks like it would excel at utensil/toolmaking tasks. (read making rudimentary spoons, spatulas, etc. barking and shaping tool hafts/handles, and notching.) Certainly a unique mod, and it's hard to find "fresh real estate" for a BK-2 mod these days, you definitely succeeded there.

(sorry for lack of grammar, I blame predictive text :P)
