BK 39 factory etching

Does the BK39 not have the BK&T logo and BK9 laser etched on each top/spine side like the black BK9?

Does it have a big laser etch diagonal across the blade like in the picture? Or is that just paint under the clear, or something

The big emblem Is lazer etched and yes it's there
