BK 4s seems to be almost not available on the sites I checked. I didn't include E-bay in my search or similar sites.

I am so glad I got one when I had money to get one to get before the getting of them would be not able to get.

The available supply sure went fast for a mass market item it seems.

I use mine as a light to medium multi-tasking tool. It and a buck 110 rides in its pouch when I do a short wilderness wandering for a day or so when I take it out to learn more of its wide multi functions you can do with it.

I’m probably leaning towards the 9 more these days, but the 4 sure has the “cool” factor and everybody I show it to wants to try it out! New knife fans won’t know what they are missing by its absence on the market :(

There are a few places that still sell the bk4, but not many. If you're on the fence about trying one out, you better do so now before they become even harder to find!

also, the name of the article is poor. the BK4 is a number assigned by Camillus, and later used by KaBar.

the Machax is the one true knife imho.

Camillus took liberties but you could fix it because thickness was preserved.

the KaBar ... well, let's just say it's better they don't make it anymore. sorry to Ethan, but i was really really really disappointed. from chopper to yet another KLO. *cry*

fortunately, i have a century supply of them good ones
