  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

BK Shorts With Brown Zytel (Images)

I don't get the coyote brown obsession with everything lately, packs, clothes, paint jobs. Looks like baby poop to me, and it's everywhere. Nothing but plastic and baby poop at the local gun/knife shop these days.
Tweeners are getting either micarta or I will send them off to someone with more patience than me for some fancy woodies

Yeah, I've used RIT on some hard plastics, used in R/C car kits. As long as you do it in hot water, it takes very well, even if there's already a color to it. You just have to compensate for the original color when you choose the new.

I'm pretty sure I'll start with a 17 and maybe a 15 at the same time. I've already got a mod in mind for the 17 and some flat micarta for the scales.

Heck, I may try it then if I think it's too brown. I wouldn't think it would take too much to turn it a bit green.

Dude, no frickin way about the discovery of being able to dye plastic with RIT. Just... no frickin way. The possibilities are making me get all woozy.

By that I mean purple scales for my BK7 :D

Oh no, I smell a project coming.
