BK&T BK-7-1 Kydex sheath?

Are the Desert BK-7 shipped with a Kydex or Propex sheath? At least 1 dealer shows a full kydex sheath.

The Desert series come with a tan propex nylon sheath.

Can a kydex sheath be purchased separately for the BK-7 or the (7-1) that is designed for it? I can use my BK-9, but it rattles a little.

I believe you would have to have one custom made for it.

There are several great custom kydex sheath sources out there....give them a try. I have been working with Robert Hummelbaugh from www.survivalsheath.com lately, and his work is fantastic!
