Mine had the whistle in the Sheath pocket and the bell in the handle. Hope the next special knife isn't rubber coated. That could get ugly.

Ok nope I am definetly missing the center bolt and nut. And this stuff was found. Bell under the grivory, kazoo kinda thing in the sheath
