No stripping involved with the LE BK10s. They came naked! Lol.

Duh! Gosh I fail at looking at pictures- the lighting threw me of, not paying attention= fail
I was thinking it just happened to be(from the lighting) the way I plan in stripping mine- and this thread- should of been a given.,..

Edit-I need to stop posting at 2:30 in the morning.... I think I have better judgement when I'm awake

bump cuz i wanna see more. id especially like to see what kinda patinas developed either naturally or forced. I cant wait to get one of these bad boys again, been drooling over this thread every chance i get

I WANT ONE OF THESE SO BAD! I guess I'll just have to settle for my 2 and 9

You can still get these, Kabar has a few left, and they will cost you less than than BK2 was going for. Just sayin'.

Thanks man!

Can't wait to see pics when your BK10 shows up.

Don't forget to type up that letter for us!

With all the new BK10 owners around, I figured I'd bump this. ;)

I patina'd this one with grapefruit, then sanded the grind portion with 260, 320, 420, and some Eagle One never dull. I didn't really want a mirror finish, but just a contrast to the patina on the top.

+1:thumbup:
...I dun understand why so many people want to cut the thumb ramp off! IMHO that's one of it's best features, with that off, it's just a thinner BK-2 (okay, bowie tip, but still) Am I missin something?
LOLOL:D
This pic makes it look like you disemboweled your sheath and its paracord intestines are spilling out.
How is that TacTool finished? That's REALLY cool!
Just the thing that I want to do to mine, Thanks bro!
