BK15 and BK16...Both Are Nice, but...

All kidding aside these are the two models that I have wanted to try for my first Becker Knife. I really like the looks of the 15 but I think I would get more use out of the 16. Does the 16 have enough of a point vs the 15? (which obviously has a wicked point). Do most of you strip the coating on your bk knives?

The 15 is getting discontinued so get it first. Better yet, order both in one go.

I prefer the 15 but that's not to say the 16 is lacking in anything ... except an extra 1.1" of blade. ;)

Most probably do not strip but many do. Stripping does improve slicing performance.
