Yep, I see how that played out. Couldn't have went any better. Oh... wait... it could've been a buck. Hahaha. Just play'n with ya. Nice doe you bagged there. She'll fill you up just the same. And, glad you got to use that blade.

Now I need to figure out how to butcher my own deer. This doe is costing me $50 to butcher (including vaccuum sealing). I'd like to gain that skill set ASAP. I guess I'll study up on YouTube and give it a go next season.
 
That's a 10 thousand year old practice. I'm sure you have the right learning curve. You'll get it. Might want to evaluate the cost of having it done vs. the cost of vacuum sealing equipment. I know the "home" sealers are not as good as the industrial.
