Welp it came in the mail just the other day. I’ve been waiting on this one and I love it. Heavy Duty weight but balanced. It came with the brown scales not the black. I can’t wait to get this thing in the woods camping with my kids. But here’s a table shot when I opened it.
 
I got a Dogwood Firefly handle on one of mine that is clear and glow rocks in it. Saved the misplacing it in the field several times. To bad they are sold out. Other got just plain old Ka-bar Micarta.

Do you have a picture of your glowing rocks Kabar scales?
 
This thing is as strong as a hatchet it’s freaking crazy. Pictures don’t do this knife justice. You truly don’t realize the strength and size and weight but yet still very well balanced this knife is until you actually hold one in your own hands.
 
Putting it to work splitting some oak for a campfire with the family this week.
 
Does anyone know if these brown scales are packaged with the BK2 often?

I was looking at Kabar’s website and I don’t see them sold that way, only black scales.

So when I found these on amazon this way, I jumped on them. I really like the contrast in color.
 
I like The way it looks too. Mine came with the green scales. I switched the scales on my bk2 with my bk4. The bk4 looks really sharp with the green scales. I think the brown would look better on my bk2 than the black which is on it now. My bk2 has a clear coat on it which gives it an off color already

So your BK2 was that “Zombie edition” green? Any pictures of your setup?
 
Congrats dude.

BK2 was the first drop of blood in the water to start the feeding frenzy that is my knife obsession.

I love mine.

That tank should last for your grandkids to enjoy.

Thank you. So the first Becker I bought was the BK14 which when it seemed a little small but good size as edc, but I was thinking of giving it to my wife. It just exploded from there. Since being home so much and not going out and plenty of time online, spells disaster. But I love all the ones I have they are all great.
