BK5 goes to the kitchen.

I have been using the BK5 in the kitchen a lot, for the last few weeks. Sunday I made some green chile. The patina has developed from use. I did chop some onion and left it on the cutting board for about 15 minutes while I did other stuff, and you can see the outline of a few small onion peices in the patina..

Current kitchen set.

The rue type flavor the twice cooked meat adds is great... Came out awesome.
Stropped the edge back to a mirror and she is ready to go again.

I'm a big rice guy (best friend in HS had a Korean mom who always cooked for us) and that looks GREAT.

What do you use for the seasoning/sauce? I'd like to whip up something like that for me and my girlfriend.

@ Obsessis

Two chicken breasts sliced up
Franks redhot wind sauce
white rice 2cups (brown rice taste better IMO)
soy sauce
Bk Knife

one of my favorite meals, quick, easy and tasted damn good....
