BK5 Sheath issue fixed?

I own two BK5's and had no problems with the sheaths except they seem low quality. I fixed the problem by buying the larger size Spec Ops sheath which is good quality and it fitted like a glove. I also had a kydex sheath made.
 
The sheath is actually a really good sheath... when used for the knife it was made for - the BK7.

It's just not the right size for trying to stuff the BK5 in there.

I can go with that. It's a good sheath. It would be fine and dandy if the tip of my knife didnt poke a hole in it as soon as I got it, though. It's ok, though. I planned on a new sheath before I even got it.

I am not sure if you got your answer to this yet but I got a BK5 for Christmas as the sheath was just fine. It's the perfect length.
