Why not the BK7 or Ka-Bar Dogs Head? The 7 is my choice.

I think I will end up going for the 5 because of its impending demise and at the moment it is the cheapest. And I've heard nothing but good things about its surprising performance. The USMC will always be there so no worries on that one.

Well, I learned when I purchased the machax that timing is everything. If I had purchased the bk4 two days later it would have been $10 more.

I'm excited for the 5. Jerry Fisk is a brilliant designer and really knows knives. And so does Ethan. So I'm guessing it will be a great combo.
