BK62 Scales Question

You guys are aware that tkc is developing scales and they’ll be ready soon. I’ve gotten emails on it.

Yes, I voted using stock hardwares but seems like it's going to be using other hardwares, hopefully it will not mess up the balance since it is really perfect right now.

I've been chatting with them a bit about them, and am looking forward to trying them out.
It will be hard to maintain that perfect balance with anything heavier than a light natural wood like walnut.

The BK62 “made” me make my first set of knife scales! I’m letting the one with my walnut grips patina naturally. I forced the patina on my original Keppy, and just sanded the grips a bit. Now that Kabar is offering micarta scales, I’ll just have to get a third BK62...

Those are pretty, the brass is a nice touch.
