I love the customer service provided by Becker/Kabar, same with ESEE. The best in the buis with customer service, that is for sure.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again: you can't go wrong with either company.

Becker/KA-BAR and ESEE are the only two companies I would do business with, because I like their philosophies. Their customer service reflects those philosophies.

Good to know i can get great customer service from Ka-Bar. But its my friend and i fixed it up and we had no further problems throughout the rest of the day with it.
We put it through hell on the 4th, It was too pretty anyway :P
