Yes that’s one example, I use axes that have a better cutting geometry than that knife.

What’s up folks. JOEX did a test on the bk9 and he seemed to have broke it really fast. The Ontario sp line seemed to have held up better. For just one knife for Survival and hard use. Which one is better bk7 or sp6? I can’t decide

SP6 is a bit thicker than BK9, which makes it heavier but also translates into about 45% more sideways bending strength. If that type of strength is important to you then go with the SP6.
