BK7 with new leather pants!

Great set-up. :thumbup:

I like the center position of that firesteel loop.

I upgraded the sheaths on my BK-3, 5, and 7.

Can't wait for them to get here.

MikeyJ, did they give you a reason for the long lead time? If they do standard production runs, they probably only run custom orders at certain times of the year because of machinery set-up & down time. Still a pretty nice piece of work, pretty good quality from your shots. Thanks for sharing.

That thing is real nice, after seeing it i would like a couple, but 6 months wow thats crazy long. Just think how much sleep i would lose while the wait was on...:yawn:
 
I bet JRE has some prep work already done on the next one or 2...shoot them an email and find out the lead time if you want one.
They are a fantastic company, and that sheath has a lifetime warranty that comes with it. Not something to look over.
I bet they could do the next run faster, if this was the first "BK7 " sheath the made.
I have ordered from them, and received custom sheaths in about 2 months.
 
Gorgeous set up. I'd rub arctic dubin into the leather for protection and that wonder smoked leather smell.
 
Great looking sheath! Are you planning on putting on some Obenauf's, or anything else like that?

Is it just me, or does that BK7 look kick-ass with the micarta handles?
