This weekend I am going to get a couple of knives. I want to get three Beckers. I want the BK9, the BK7 and the BK16.

In reality I will probably only get two of the knives. Which two shoud I get, here are the choices.

BK9 and BK16
BK9 and BK7
BK7 and BK16.

These are the only choices, not the Machax or BK15 or anything else.

I will be striping them and polishing the steel. I will then go camping for two weeks and search for Big Foot while wearing my gilly suit. I will be deep in the woods and will have to make a shelter almost everyday since Big Foot dont stay in one place for long.

I am thinking of going Ontario Ranger series but do not want to because I am a freaking BK9 junkie.

Peace Out Dogs!!!

PS. I alreade have a BK2 and I do not need another. My son now ownes my other BK9 so that is why I need another.

Shama lama ding dong. This guy has been banned under multiple aliases in the past, all of them exhibiting the same passive-aggressiveness toward Ka-Bar/Becker. Shutting this one down.

9 and 16 you can do everything you need with those two pretty much, no need for the 7 if you get the 9 and 16

The 7 is more of a do-it-all knife and you wouldn't need to pair it with the 9 or the 16. I would go with the 9/16 combo if you want to bring two knives or just the 7 if you want to bring one. Either way you really can't go wrong.

edit: The 9 has more standoff distance from charging bigfeet.

Just to be different how about the 15 instead of the 16 with the 9? Honestly... pairing up any tweener with the 9 is a good idea.

I was just looking at prices and I can get the BK7 for 67 bucks. I think I will get that no matter and get me another BK9 because Iz just got to.

The plural of bigfoot is bigfeets... or is it a gaggle of bigfeets?

:D

9 and 16 to start, and the 7 to come after.

That said, I'm really liking the 7 lately. It sure is a handy knife to have around. It took awhile for me to warm up to it, but once I did, I've been very pleased with it.

Herd of big feets is proper but you can say big foots and not be hung as a witch.

but if the bigfoot weighs the same as a duck... then it is made of wood... and therefore a witch!

And google says that the plural of bigfoot is... (drum roll) BIGFOOT! ........ Now im bored... im going to go cut stuff with my 9, 15 combo!

I'm really liking my 7/16 combo, but think a 9/16 combo might just be the ultimate since the 7 is only a marginal chopper as it is. Since you're already a "9 junkie", that's the way I'd go.

This is going to blow your mind.

I just seen a big old hunk of a knife at my local super discount center. It is a big huge bowie made by Winchester and its only 19.95. That my friends is a steal. To top it off it is stainless steel which means it will never rust and will last forever. Tomorrow I am going to go get one. If you want me to pick one up for you before they run out let me know. Man I am so lucky I seen this knife. I cant believe there is not a forum for this knife.

Ha, I am a dork. I will be getting the BK7 tomorrow since I have found it at such a good price. My son leaves for the army on Monday so I will just hang on to his BK9 for the summer and i will get a BK16 if I can find it at a good price. If not I will get a ka-bar MKI to get me by.

Who has a good price on the BK16.
