Absolutely everything you set out to do you did extremely well. There's only up from here. My first time, well I don't like to talk about the 4 hours of trying to get a nice even patina.....

That's a completely awesome looking knife. I love the patina, the scales... it's amazing.

That is one of the best implementations of a nice classic looking knife I've seen! It kind of reminds me of this guys work:

wow!! this guy's work is unbelievable!! I mean wow!!! I have admired many knives since I started taking an interested on them, but I have never admired someone's collective work so much.
I mean check this one out:

need to find some money and fast :D

Well done! Love that patina and the scales are classic. Did you buy your BK9 in Athens or was it an interwebs purchase? Just curious, love the idea of Beckers being sold worldwide. Makes me proud that they're made in the good old U.S.A.

Bought it in Athens, hunting-camping store etc. Truth be told, it is very difficult to find good knives here. Only a fraction of the ones that you can find in the U.S and mostly the most commercial of them.
Ka-Bars have been around for some time in a few places, and therefore becker.
People from the U.S are soooo lucky when it comes to knives, trust me!

It looks like something you might find hidden in someones attic, only to find that its actually magical.
Great Job !
