I have been wanting to make a sharpfinger so here is what I came up with. It's a birthday gift for my brother I think he will like it. It's not perfect but hey I'm still figuring this knifemaking all out :D

Specs:
Steel - O1- 3/32"
HT - by Darrin Sanders to 59-60 HRC
Handle material - hunter orange G10
Pins - black micarta
Finish - acid etch
Overal length - 7 1/2"
Tip to scales - 3 3/8"

Thanks for looking

Love it. I like how thin the handle is. That old bird & trout pattern is a classic and is one of my favorites. I bet your brother will be very happy with it.

Edit- is your mark a stamp or etch?

It's a etch. It is one of my favorite pattern too I see a few more in my future . I like the thin handle to it feels great in the hand.

What do you mean it's not perfect ? Looks perfect to me. Your brother will be happy.

Thanks for the nice comments guys. My only problem I guess is there is a bit of a glue line at the front of the scales that I guess I didn't get cleaned up and I wasn't sure how to remove it after the fact without damaging the etch finish.

Looks great. Something at the tip of the scales looks a bit off like the back of scale was not flat and rounded off. Super nice.
