I’ve finally decided on a name for this design, The Black Bear Camp Knife!!!! Made from 1/4in 5160 with black G10 scales. The scales are attached with epoxy and flared stainless steel tube fasteners. Overall it is 9 15/16in long. The blade is 5 1/6in tip to handle. It weighs in at 12oz. Stout but very easy in the hand or carried on your belt. The sheath is black Boltaron with a reversible belt loop. The blade has a cold blued finish. The choil has a ferro rod scraper built in and the spine has some thumb friendly file work added. My price on this blade is $325 shipped in the US.
