Steel - A-2 Tool Steel , heat treated to an Rc 61-62 , with the sub-zero quench
O.A.L is 9-3/4"
Blade & Finish - 5-1/4" , flat ground ,Distal tapered with a rounded spine , then hand sanded finished to a 500 grit , then I did a gun barrel cold blue finish and gave the whole thing a 4 ot steel wool hand rubbed finish . Then a final hand polish with Flitz metal polish
It has a sharpened edge of 5" and it is 1-3/8 at the widest point.
Handle is African Blackwood ,hand sanded to baby butt smooth , Danish oil treated and finally buffed to a high shine with a diamond white compound .
Nickel Silver pins for a nice contrast to the wood .
Sheath is 8-9oz. right hand carry .
