Finally got the pictures to download! :D
Here is the handle on my Waki, its seen quite a bit of use and still a nice deep black

Here is a pic of what those handles used to look like, and a bit of the blade that got some dye on it, that gray is rather nice imho but unexpected that the dye stained it like that. So beware guys, the light coatings will be irreversibly stained if you goof like I did. :p

And yes, edit to add: my Waki has one black handle and one tan handle. :p I call it my test mule.
