That is quite lovely. I love your blades with the forge finish on them, but this one just looks absolutely clean the way it's been finished out. Wow!

i hope they continue doing more l6-stainless san-mai, though it seems to be a Little bit tricky to accomplish

Hello my friend!

I decided to make some knives forged in L6 steel, not San Mai. The result of the San Mai with L6 is very good, but very difficult welding.

Hi Doug, I have not had time to weigh. Its owner, later surely tell us how much you weigh.
 
the weigh is about 700 grs (1,543 pounds, 24,69 oz)
but is very well balanced whith the fullers and de hollow profile despite the 8mm thick blade

I've sworn off buying fixed-blade knives. But your work could make me change my mind. Absolutely stunning! And I too am excited to see you use L6 for the core. Should be a fantastic performer.
