I know nothing about this. Looks to be really old and not used much. Not sure if it is an axe or hatchet head. Best I can see, it says Black Cat, Celebrated? Cast Steel on sticker and National Iron Works. Stamped with "Best Forged Steel, New York USA" on one side and a Cat on the other. Other sticker has a picture of a cat and some wording. I will post some pics and can send more through email if you want.
